The new Ischia Wood-fire Pizza oven by Fontana is perfect for quick and easy pizza at home. The Ischia oven comes equipped with a 60cm × 40cm stainless steel cooking chamber (with closing front door), unique domed lid which avoids hot spots, a painted stainless steel trolley, a wood-holder plate and a flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top. As the unit itself has been constructed from stainless steel, it will have no issues withstanding all of the elements and high temperatures that will be thrown at it. The outside is coated in weather resistant paint to give protection from the great outdoors. The fire surface is made of high quality refractory chamotte. Perfect for food use. The stainless steel cooking chamber consists of natural rock wool which allows you to maintain temperature more efficiently and to avoid the external structure becomes to hot. To finish off, the smart and convenient trolley features a set of wheels on one side meaning this pizza oven is easily transportable whether that be moving the pizza oven around the garden, or taking it to your next camping trip.
