The new digital control panel on the front of the unit will allow you to set temperatures of up to 204˚C. The charcoal smoker will reach a temperature of 107˚C in 17 minutes and 204˚C in just 20 minutes. Once up and running, you can maintain your desired temperature using the digital control panel or by using the new Digital Fan and Smart Phone Application. Once synced, you will also be able to see how long you have left on your cook. The charcoal tray holds 7kg’s of briquette charcoal or 5.4kg’s of lump charcoal for up to 13 hours.
