How do I determine if I need to upgrade to a Self-Empty Station?

L60’s dustbin has a capacity of 350ml, which can hold 2 to 3 days’ worth of dust and hair debris. If you’re regularly emptying it, you may consider upgrading to a self-emptying station(expected to launch soon) to fully free up your hands.

Why does the robot vacuum have only one side brush?

The model features iPath navigation and a single side brush. This design allows for efficient cleaning patterns and wall-edge cleaning, guided by smart sensors. It ensures optimal performance and lowers maintenance costs.

Can the robot vacuum work well on carpets?

Our RoboVacs can handle carpets up to 26mm thick but may struggle with thicker or harder ones. They can cross from floor to carpet up to 24mm. For fringed carpets, we suggest setting up a no-go zone to avoid the vacuum getting stuck.

Is the hair cleaning performance good?

The RoboVac has a suction power of 5000Pa, resulting in a good cleaning effect. However, if your home has a lot of hair, we recommend regularly cleaning the accessories to ensure the machine’s cleaning efficiency.

Are the consumable accessories for the L60 (such as side brushes, filters, etc.) are available?

Sure, accessories are available. You can purchase them from our Amazon official store. If you have trouble purchasing a part, please get in touch with eufy. We will try our best to help you get one.

–We bought Eufy in the Black Friday Sale, I paid £160 for her (+Irish VAT)–We had a Proscenic robot vacuum and it was grand, but after about 3 months it started getting very loud. Apparently a ball bearing issue. We decided to return it and upgrade to a better model (paid about 50 euro more).Eufy is excellent. In comparison with the Proscenic, her battery life and dust bin capacity are both doubled. But the main thing is obviously her mapping feature. Our ground floor is three rooms, she mapped the whole thing in 3 minutes and was very accurate. Because of the mapping, she can clean a room in under 10min, which is a third of the time less than the previous hoover. While she was mapping it, I wanted to avoid her going under the Christmas tree, so I added a No-Go zone. She paused, added it to the map, and resumed the mapping with no issue. I’ve read that people find the app fiddly, but I found it very easy to adjust the size of the No-Go zone later on. We have an open plan kitchen/dining room, which was a bit off on her map. I added a virtual wall, merged the bits that were off and have a perfect map now.Her volume is great, you can adjust language and pick a female or male voice.I love the fact that she maps a whole floor and then you can have her hoover just one room and return to her station, so much easier than carrying her around the place (like the old one).I used her on Standard so far and she’s done a great job, I’ve also set a higher suction power for the carpeted landing but haven’t tested her out yet.All in all, great value for money, lovely little machine, vast improvement to quality of life.

I’ve had this robot vacuum for almost 2 months and I can honestly say I’m really impressed. It just works and does what you want it too.Set up was easy and the first time you set it to go, it maps out your home, which again was really impressive considering this model is considerably cheaper than some other brands. You can set a schedule for cleaning or send it out to clean at anytime using the app. Once done, it heads back home to it’s docking station to charge. The app is easy to use with lots of settings to adjust to your liking. I live in a bungalow, so have set it to clean all rooms Monday to Friday whilst in work. The only rooms it can’t do are the bathroom and conservatory (we always keep the bathroom door closed and the conservatory has a step leading up to it). We have a Dyson which we tend to only use on the weekend now.The cleaning capability is really good. We have two cats which to be fair, don’t moult a huge amount, but with most animals there is a certain amount of hair they leave behind. It manages to collect hair, dust and any cat litter that has been tracked around very well. It’s only got stuck once and that was my fault. I was rushing for work and left my phone charger cable on the floor. I received a message on my phone to say the robot was stuck and needed help. When I got home, I detangled it and sent it on its way again. It’s actually made us keep clutter off the floor now which is an added bonus. It’s easy to empty and keep clean too. This robot vacuum has been a great investment and although it’s not been enough to warrant getting rid of the Dyson, it has helped reduce the amount of cleaning in the week and does a damn good job of maintaining a clean floor.

This was a Christmas present to ourselves. Our house is over 3 levels and a mix of carpet and laminate. We really only wanted a vacuum without the mop function. We wanted to keep things simple. So after 2 weeks of using this almost daily, we think it’s a great addition to our busy lives. I use it on Boost IQ and sometimes Max setting. There’s always lots of dust and dirt in the tray when it’s done. It’s been really reliable so far but you do need to clean the hair off the brush and empty the container every couple of days. So here’s what’s good and not so good about it.Thumbs up:Sheer convenience: We don’t set an auto schedule in case it gets stuck while we’re away from the house. Instead, we use it when we’re home. We get the room ready by making sure the floors are clear, then we start it up, close the door and let it do it’s job. This on it’s own is a game changer for us! It happily vacuums away until you stop it or it runs low on batteries. It’s smart-enough: Hard to know how smart it is compared to all the ‘intelligent’ ones costing hundreds more. But I reckon it’s smart enough. It doesn’t fall down stairs. It seems to clean the whole floor space well, it rarely gets stuck and it knows how to get back to it’s charging station. That’s pretty good in my books.Battery is good: It can clean multiple rooms before it decides to go back to the charging station. Certainly no complaints so far.Extra stuff: It comes with an additional filter so you have one to use while ones drying after a rinse. It also comes with a spare spinning brush.App: Easy enough to install and use. Just follow-instructions. You can control most things on the app and there’s a nifty map of where the fella has been and even a locate button in case it gets stuck somewhere (not needed to use it yet)Thumbs down:Suction power: I would deem this as just adequate. It’s certainly not going to replace your main hoover. It’s good at picking up loose dirt but not great at more stuck on stuff, like fluff from a sock on a carpet for example.Spinning brush: It can sometimes get tangled up with hair . Maybe there are too much many women in my house!!App: I really can’t figure out how to switch off certain notifications. It’ll send a notification when it’s being picked up, when wheels are suspended, when it needs a clean etc etc. All good but quite annoying when I’m at work and the wife is using it at home. Conclusion:We’re happy with this purchase. It really helps a busy household. It’s been reliable and very easy to use. It’s not perfect but heck, neither am I!!!

I bought a robot cleaner about 10 years ago and it hasn’t had much use for quite a few reasons so my hopes were not high.I’m pleased to say that the L60 is a bit of a revelation. The self emptying, not getting stuck and room mapping are probably what set it apart from the one it replaces. It was simple to set up, it’s reasonably priced and it works, so it would be difficult to give this anything other than 5 stars.

  5. Its good for the price

    It’s grate
Really good and it’s really helpful

    Amazing!
The first one I ordered had an S1 error message. They refunded and was sent another one. I’ve used it everyday since having it and makes my life so much easier to keep the house clean. It’s really quiet on the normal suction but I like the fact you can change this if you want a deep clean. It comes with a little cutting device to help keep the rollers hair free:)
