How do they work?
Worries? Fears? Frustrations? Nightmares? Children can simply write or draw their troubles and feed them into the mouth of their favourite worry monster, which they then zip up. The child can forget the worry as the monster will eat it away. A parent, guardian, or teacher can then read the note or drawing later. This creates an opportunity to discover the root of the problem and to offer help or support.
This clip-on ‘Little Worry Monster’ is made with super soft, plush fabric and measures approximately 15cm long (excluding clip). It comes with a handy clip so you can clip your worry monster to your clothes, bags, or backpacks. The design also features a real zip-up mouth so that your worries are stored securely.
