The Wood Fired Margherita is a beautifully designed oven that has been manufactured almost entirely from 304 grade stainless steel. This keeps up to the high standards that Fontana set on all of their products. As this is a gas powered oven, allow 10 – 15 minutes for the Pizza Oven to get up to temperature and you will achieve professional level pizzas within a few minutes. The oven features a 60cm × 60 cm cooking chamber that is fully stainless steel with a stainless steel flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve & chimney top. The oven also comes with a wood-holder plate, fire tool and a cooking chamber door. The outside of the oven has been treated with high temperature paint to help maximises resistance to heat and the weather elements. The natural rock wool insulation also helps maintain temperature stability and heat retention to ensure that the external surface of the oven does not becomes too hot and you can cook your pizzas too perfection!
